Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and NY AI Summit. By using this website, creating an account, registering for the event, or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

All participants, account holders, and purchasers must be 18 or older. Do not create an account, register, purchase a ticket, participate in the event, or submit personal information through this site if you are under 18.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you submit. You agree to provide current and accurate account, attendee, organization, role, registration, billing, and contact information.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, used without authorization, or used in a way that could harm the event, attendees, service providers, or website.

Communication Choices

Consent to future marketing email or recurring automated promotional text messages is not a condition of registration or purchase. You must answer each choice, but Yes and No are both valid. If you select Yes for text messages, you authorize NY AI Summit to send recurring automated promotional messages to the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. We may still contact you about your account, payment, registration, or this event.

Registration and Payment

Registration for the inaugural WNY AI Education Summit 2026 requires account verification, attendee profile completion, and successful payment where a paid ticket is required. Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout or related Stripe payment services.

NY AI Summit does not store full card numbers or card security codes on this website. Stripe and your payment method provider may apply their own terms, privacy practices, fraud review, authorization rules, and payment processing requirements.

Refunds

All sales are final except if the event is canceled or a refund is required by law. If the event is canceled, NY AI Summit will provide instructions about any available refund, credit, or other remedy.

Event Changes

Event details, schedule, speakers, sessions, venue arrangements, and attendee materials may change. We may postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the event when needed for operational, safety, venue, speaker, weather, legal, technical, or other reasons.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, registration flow, checkout, or attendee dashboard. This includes not:

• Submitting false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
• Attempting to access another attendee's account or private registration records.
• Interfering with website security, authentication, checkout, or Firebase/Stripe services.
• Using the site for spam, scraping, malware, fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity.

Content and Intellectual Property

The website design, branding, text, graphics, images, event materials, and other content are owned by NY AI Summit or used with permission, unless otherwise stated. You may use the site for personal, school, organizational, and event registration purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit site content without permission.

Third-Party Services

The site relies on third-party services, including Firebase/Google for hosting, authentication, database, and security features, Stripe for payment processing, Google sign-in if you choose it, and Google Calendar if you choose to open the calendar link. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers

The website, dashboard, event information, and registration services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that all event information will remain unchanged.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NY AI Summit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the site, registration, checkout, or event participation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
